We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Bluebella pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, adhesive products and certain intimates cannot be returned if the protective seal is broken.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
